Andi is a Managing Director of Epta Capital Management.



Andi is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Maycomb Capital, a pioneering, women-owned impact investing platform. She is a recognized leader in the field of impact investing, with over 30 years of experience leading, designing, and implementing large-scale, public-private partnerships that leverage private investment to address pressing social challenges. She has deep expertise in deploying flexible, mission-aligned debt to support projects and enterprises that drive better access to economic opportunity for individuals and families experiencing poverty.


Prior to Maycomb, Andi served as the Head of Goldman Sachs’ $140 million Social Impact Fund, the  institution’s inaugural impact fund. While at Goldman, she also led the first ever outcomes financing  transactions in the US market, including investments in social programs to reduce recidivism in  Massachusetts and to improve results in early childhood education in Utah and Chicago. Previously,  Andi was president of Seedco Financial, a Community Development Financial Institution, which provided affordable capital to small businesses and nonprofits in disadvantaged communities. At Seedco, she also managed performance-based contracts in workforce development, totaling over $100 million.


Andi holds a BA from Tufts University and an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. She lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and three sons. She serves on the Board of Directors of several local and national community-serving organizations, including the Brooklyn Community Foundation, the Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation, and StriveTogether. Andi is part of the 2023 Forbes 50 Over 50 list, which recognizes women founders and innovators who are “changing the world” across a wide range of industries
