Epta Capital makes minority investments in community banks that we think present opportunities for successful outcomes.  We look for institutions that are seeking both focused capital and experienced guidance as they move through the community bank life-cycle.  Our founding team includes two former community bank CEOs who have led their institutions to market-leading outcomes, as well as other professionals with deep experience in management, operations, fundraising, and transactions.
